★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kata Bagoja berasal dari Bakso Goreng Gajah. Sesuai namanya, bakso goreng di sini memiliki ukuran yang besar. Adonannya terbuat dari campuran daging ayam dan udang. Sehingga rasanya dipastikan gurih sedap.
Begitu digoreng, bagoja memiliki tekstur renyah dan tak kopong. Sehingga terasa empuk di bagian dalam. Makin enak dimakan dengan cara dipotong-potong dan diguyur dengan saus sambal merah yang encer.
The word Bagoja comes from the Elephant Fried Meatballs. As the name implies, the fried meatballs here have a large size. The dough is made from a mixture of chicken and shrimp. So that it tastes delicious.
Once fried, bagoja has a crunchy texture and is not hollow. So it feels soft on the inside. It is more delicious to eat by cutting it into pieces and pouring it with a watery red chili sauce.
