★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengambilan bpkp pihak ke tiga surat kuasa,sangat di persulit,Harus ada admint pengambilan dari pihak ke Tiga sebesar 150rb,brpa ratus/rb orang konsumen yg di rugikan oleh perusahaan BAF hanya buat keuntungan bisnis semata,tp admint terakhir gk jelasss.
The third party bpkp taking power of attorney is very difficult. There must be an admin for taking from a third party of 150 thousand, how many hundred/k consumers who are harmed by the BAF company are only for business benefits, but the last admin is not clear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman buruk ambil bpkb, sblm ambil sudah konfirm lunas,dah clear eh selang 1jam ditlp masi ada sisa denda, dah ok, reservasi via aplikasi dijadwalkan tgl 17 jam 10 pagi eh sampai lokasi katanya bln bisa diambil masih ada denda lagi bln selesai dan harus diproses 3hari lagi .ngga jelas banget antara customer service , aplikasinya dan kantor cabangnya
Bad experience taking BPKB, confirming it's paid off before taking it, it's clear, after 1 hour of calling, there's still a fine remaining, it's ok, reservation via the application is scheduled for 17 at 10 am uh until the location says it can't be picked up, there is still another fine that has not been completed and must be processed 3 more days. It's not really clear between customer service, the application and the branch office
