β β β β β Mau mengurus surat-surat yang berkaitan kepemilikan tanah, silakan datang. Gedung mentereng di pinggir jalan Jenderal Sudirman. Kalau naik angkot/bus beritahu sopirnya 'turun agraria', tanggung mesti sampai. Pelayanan yang diberikan cukup baik. Semoga akan terus ditingkatkan sehingga orang-orang yang berkepentingan akan lebih terbantu, lebih cepat terlayani. Semoga sistemnya semakin mudah, semakin sederhana. Tidak bertele-tele.

β β β β β Mau minta tanda tangan sertifikat tanah aja dipersulit. Katanya sertifikat harus nginep 10 hari. Pas udah 10 hari bilangnya belum jadi. Harus diambil hari senin, itu aja harus telfon dulu sebelum ngambil. Itu regulasinya gimana sih sebenernya? Kita udah baα»·ar pajak dkk sesuai prosedur kok disininya dipersulit. Mereka kan gak tahu seberapa urgent butuhnya kita sama sertifikat itu. Mohonlah untuk diperbaiki. Pelayanan masyarakat kok gitu.
