The most unsatisfactory service, long in the queue, after being called, you still have to wait a long time... Poor community service, which is very lacking..

The experience was unsatisfactory, I came at half past ten and said the queue was the maximum (20 people), told to come again at 13.00, when I arrived at 13.00 it wasn't open yet
