★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BPTJ tidak pernah mengawasi operasional taksi on line khususnya diwilayah Jabodetabek, pelanggaran maaih berjalan dilakukan oleh management Grab sebagai operator taksi on line yang tidak pernah mematuhi batasan tarif bawah yang sudah diatur dalam regulasi yang berlaku sebesar Rp. 3.500,- /km. Sampai dengan hari ini belum mengikuti regulasi, tarif berjalan dari operator online Grab jauh dibawah batas yang ditetapkan. Kami mohon BPTJ dapat memberikan teguran sampai sangsi jika tidak mau mengikuti aturan NKRI.
BPTJ has never overseen the operation of online taxis, especially in the Greater Jakarta area, ongoing violations are carried out by Grab management as an online taxi operator who has never complied with the lower tariff limits stipulated in the applicable regulations of Rp. 3,500 km / km. Until today, it has not yet followed the regulations, the current tariffs from online Grab operators are far below the established limits. We ask that BPTJ can give a reprimand until the sanction if it does not want to follow the rules of the Republic of Indonesia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesigapan di lapangan masih belum terasa berdasarkan praktisnya karena masih banyak kendaraan umum yang menggunakan jalur ilegal terutama trotoar. Sosialisasi untuk lebih ditingkatkn terutama bagi pengguna kendaraan roda dua di jalur-jalur yang rawan kemacetan untuk tetap mematuhi aturan dan koridor lalu lintas yang berlaku demi keselamatan sesama pengguna jalan baik itu pejalan kaki maupun pengguna kendaraan bermotor. Kritik selanjutnya juga untuk pengelolaan taksi online dan taksi lokal yang belum menemukan sepakat seutuhnya karena masih terdapat crash di beberapa tempat sehingga merugikan penumpang. Semoga ke depan akan lebih baik :)
Practicality in the field is still not felt because there are still many public vehicles using illegal routes, especially sidewalks. Socialization should be increased, especially for two-wheeled vehicle users on traffic-prone lanes to comply with applicable traffic rules and corridors for the safety of fellow road users, both pedestrians and motorized vehicle users. The next criticism is also for the management of online taxis and local taxis that have not found a complete agreement because there are still crashes in several places that are detrimental to passengers. Hopefully the future will be better :)
