★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sejarah BKD DIY (1) Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta merupakan lembaga kepegawaian yang ada di wilayah Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang merupakan perkembangan dari lembaga kepegawaian yang ada sebelumnya. Secara resmi keberadaanya ditetapkan dengan Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Nomor 11 Tahun 1960 tentang susunan organisasi dan formasi pegawai instansi-instansi Pemerintah Provinsi DIY, melalui lembaga yang disebut Kantor Urusan Pegawai (KUP).
KUP yang dipimpin oleh seorang Kepala Kantor yang membawahi 6 (enam) bagian, mempunyai tugas pokok antara lain mengerjakan testing pengangkatan, pemberhentian, pemindahan kenaikan pangkat dan penyelesaian administrasinya, mengurus pemberian uang jajan tetap, deklarasi biaya dan meminjam uang untuk membeli kendaraan, mengurus pensiun janda, anak yatim piatu dan pembayaran pensiun serta tunjangan lain. KUP terletak di Jalan Malioboro Nomor 12-14 yang berada di Komplek Kepatihan Danurejan Yogyakarta. Kepala Kantor Urusan Pegawai tercatat pada waktu itu yang menjabat adalah KRT Wirosaputro.
Pada tahun 1973, berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Kepala Daerah Propinsi DIY Nomor 18 Tahun 1973 tentang susunan Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Sekretariat Daerah Propinsi DIY, Kantor Urusan Pegawai berubah namanya menjadi Biro Personalia dengan lokasi dan gedung yang sama. Pada periode ini Kepala Biro Personalia dijabat oleh Drs. KRT Suyono Kusumo.
Biro Personalia mengalami perubahan nama menjadi Biro Kepegawaian Sekretariat Wilayah Daerah Propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta sesuai dengan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 1 Tahun 1981 dengan lokasi tetap sama di eks gedung Biro Personalia.
History of BKD DIY (1) The Yogyakarta Special Region Regional Personnel Agency is a civil service organization in the Yogyakarta Special Region Province which is a development of the existing civil service institutions. Officially its existence is stipulated by Regional Regulation (Perda) Number 11 of 1960 concerning the organizational structure and formation of employees of the Yogyakarta Provincial Government agencies, through an institution called the Office of Employee Affairs (KUP).
KUP, which is led by a Head of Office who oversees 6 (six) divisions, has main tasks, among others, to undertake testing of appointments, dismissals, transfer of promotions and administrative settlement, managing the provision of fixed allowances, declaration of fees and borrowing money to buy vehicles, managing pensions widows, orphans and pension payments and other benefits. KUP is located on Jalan Malioboro Number 12-14 which is in the Yogyakarta Danurejan Kepatihan Complex. At that time, the head of the Employee Affairs Office was KRT Wirosaputro.
In 1973, based on the Decree of the Regional Head of the Province of DIY Number 18 of 1973 concerning the Organizational Structure and Work Procedure of the Regional Secretariat of the Province of DIY, the Employee Affairs Office changed its name to the Personnel Bureau with the same location and building. During this period the Head of the Personnel Bureau was Drs. KRT Suyono Kusumo.
The Personnel Bureau underwent a name change to become the Regional Secretariat Personnel Bureau of the Special Region of Yogyakarta in accordance with Regional Regulation No.1 of 1981 with the same location in the former Personnel Bureau building.
