★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience shopping online in this shop. Already asking the admins for the goods i want to order twice and said thay it was ready. After payment, they say that it was out of stock and all they can do is saying sorry only without any consequences.
If this happens again and sorry is the only way they can do, then how much longer do you want to keep employee or procedures like this ?
If i am the owner, i would change the admins and give warning letter to that employee treating customers like this. Again, their salary comes from customer, so please respect and change your work culture.

Other than that, their service is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baby Wise is the most reliable baby shop in town. They have wide variety of products from food to stroller. I think the lack of them only about payment, which they prefer debit or cash than credit card payment. Other than that, everything is OK.

Had to buy stroller and some other stuff for my sister - the staff really went out of the way to help ,explain products and usage. Very patient and super helpful (unpacking and re-packing the stroller - as I had to gift it to my sister overseas and take it via flight).
Couldn’t ask for anything more.
Special mention to 2 ladies - one who was helping explain the stroller functions and other one who helped to communicate in English to me and my wife. Also the gentleman who was kind enough to pack and help put the goods in my cab. ????✨??
