★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat mengecewakan.......ini kejadian yg kedua kalinya.....yg pertama baju baru kena luntur, msh dimaafkan krn bertanggung jawab utk bisa dibersihkan kembali.......
dan kemudian terulang kembali....baju baru lagi...baju anak2, bukan hanya satu, setelah di cek ada 5.baju....dan ada satu baju seragam keluarga utk lebaran ini....dua baju coba dikembalikan...tp jawabannya sangat tdk enak....ktnya klo baju baru hrsnya dry cleaning aja....trus itu kena lunturan katanya dr sesama bajunya juga.....padahal sy tuh langganan...dan selalu memisahkan pakaian yg kira2.takut kena luntur krn pengalaman yg pertama di atas....
dan baju yg dikembalikan ke pihak laundry ternyata gak bisa dibersihkan lunturannya....ditanya gmn kelanjutannya..dg entengnya bilang...kami sudah berusaha..dan ternyata gak bisa bersih.....sdh titik
menyebalkan......baju baru jd belang2.krn lunturan.......
It's very disappointing ... this is the second time ... the first thing the new clothes wear off, it's forgiven because it's responsible for being able to be cleaned again .......
and then it recurred ... new clothes ... children's clothes, not just one, after being checked there were 5. clothes ... and there was one family uniform for this Lebaran .... two try shirts were returned. ... the answer is very bad ... when the new clothes have to be dry cleaning ... then it gets hit by his fellow clothes too ... even though I have subscribed ... and always separates clothes that are about . fear of being faded because of the first experience above ...
and the clothes that were returned to the laundry didn't turn out to be cleaned up ... I was asked how it went on ... it's easy to say ... we've tried ... and it turns out it can't be clean ... by the point
sucks ...... new clothes don't work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanananya bagus, ada uang saya di dalam kantong celana yang tertinggal dikembalikan, amanah. untuk wilayah cipondoh ada anter jemput baju gratis lagi, mantap.
The service was good, there was my money in my pants pocket that was left back, trustworthy. for the Cipondoh area there is a free pick up anther again, great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari pertama kali sudah dibilang hitung dulu jumlah baju yang akan di setrika, tapi pemilik laundry ngotot nggak usah dihitung karena pasti nggak tertukar.
Giliran tertukar dan hilang satu celana kerja saya, nggak ada permintaan maaf atau apapun. Terakhir, baju saya banyak yang tidak kembali. Masih aja ngotot kalau dia nggak pernah salah, jangankan minta maaf, dengan entengnya minta saya tulis berapa baju yg hilang dan mau ganti rugi.
Uang bukan segalanya bu.. mohon hormati pelanggan. Jangan takabur, manusia itu tempat salah dan dosa. Apa salahnya mengakui kalau memang ada kesalahan. Pelanggan juga bukan orang kurang kerjaan kaliiiiii...
