★ ★ ★ ★ ★ air sering kecil, dan sejak tinggal di sini dari 2019, lift di tower jade yang rusak gak pernah bener.
Akses lobi cuma 1 akses dari 2 akses (2 lift doang yang fungsional).
giliran pandemi, orang dipaksa berjubel2 di lift, bisa jadi intensional buat ngebentuk klaster baru.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ respon building management sangat buruk dan lambat, menurut saya kata "buruk" saja udah lebih2 dari pujian klo buat nilai kualitas Building management di ayodhya.
Air sering kecil, bikin laporan ribet setengah mati, apalagi jam kerja Building management makin pendek dengan alasan pandemi. Mau laporan mesti bolak balik ke bawah, satpam kerjanya jg lambat buat ngasih laporan doang benerin air kecil bisa stengah jam sendiri.
the response of building management is very bad and slow, in my opinion the word "bad" alone is more than a compliment for the value of building management quality in Ayodhya.
Water is often small, making reports is complicated to death, especially when building management work hours are getting shorter due to the pandemic. If you want to report, you have to go back and forth, the security guard is also slow to give reports, just fixing urination can take half an hour alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gak tau saya yg apes beli di tower jade, apa emang semua tower kek begini.
building management lamban, lift mati gak dibener2in, parkir sepeda aja bisa kecolongan. Malah sejak pandemi, lobi ground cuma 1 yg diaktifin, belom catatan kalo lift akses ke lobi ground ikutan mati.
Ampun dah, klo mau investasi coba pertimbangin dlu aja, harga sewa boro2 naek, yg ada malah beli unit belakangan jatohnya lebih murah.

building management is slow, the elevator is dead, not repaired, even bicycle parking can be missed. In fact, since the pandemic, only 1 ground lobby has been activated, it has not been noted that the lift access to the ground lobby also turns off.
Come on, if you want to invest, just think about it first, the rental price is going up, the ones that are buying the units later are cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau mau beli unit coba dipertimbangkan dlu, building management sangat slow response, IPL tdk bisa dbilang murah, security kurang tanggap, lift sering bermasalah (trkhir kali masalah sling saja perbaikannya bisa stahun lebih), air jg suka tau2 kecil dan kurang bisa digunakan. Coba dipertimbangkan dlu aja sebelum diputuskan beli unit disini.
Selama belum ad perbaikan thdp poin2 di atas, review tidak akan saya ubah.
Update per januari 2021:
- IPL sudah naik, air tetap suka ada bermasalah, kurang lebih 2-3 bulan sekali. access card juga suka bermasalah, siap2 aja bisa kekunci ga bisa masuk ke unit sendiri klo access card error diluar jam kerja Building Management. Intinya, nasib access card tergantung dari jam kerja Building Management. satpam makin dikit, bahkan 1 tower yg tadinya 2 lobby, skrg cuma 1 lobby.
terkait review saya 11 bulan lalu soal lift yg sudah mati setahun dari sblom saya review? sampe hari ini masih mati, jadi salah satu lobby itu lift nya gabung sama lift service, jadi ya bolak balik bareng tim cleaning smbari bawa tong sampah.
Selain lokasi yg strategis, mnurut saya sisanya ga ada bagus2nya. udah kepalang tanggung aja udh kebeli, klo tau building management nya begini sih mnding ga usah beli dari dlu.
If you want to buy a unit, try to consider it first, building management is very slow response, IPL cannot be said to be cheap, security is not responsive, the elevator often has problems (sometimes the sling problem can be repaired for more than a year), water also likes small and less usable. Just consider it before deciding to buy a unit here.
As long as there are no improvements to the points above, I will not change the review.
Updates per January 2021:
- IPL has increased, water still likes to have problems, approximately every 2-3 months. The access card also likes to have problems, just be prepared to lock it and can't enter the unit itself if the access card is an error outside of Building Management working hours. In essence, the fate of the access card depends on Building Management working hours. There are fewer security guards, even 1 tower which was 2 lobbies, now only 1 lobby.
Regarding my review 11 months ago about the lift that was dead a year from before I reviewed it? until today it is still dead, so one of the lobbies is the elevator joining the service lift, so yes back and forth with the cleaning team to bring a trash can.
Apart from the strategic location, in my opinion the rest is not good. I just can't afford to buy it, if you know the building management like this, you don't have to buy it from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat di sayangkan, apartemen bagus tapi satpamnya/securty nya sangat buruk, sama penghuni/penyewa tidak ada rasa hormat malah seperti diajak kelai, dan di pandang seperti orang yg tinggal gratis, dan underestimate terhadap penyewa dari travelio
It's a pity, the apartment is nice but the security/security is very bad, the residents/tenants have no respect, they feel like they're being invited to stay, and they look like people who live for free, and underestimate the tenants from travelio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Payah, adek gua anter makanan buat orang malah dibawa pergi sama securitynya.. Tolong ya pihak penyedia jasa securitynya tolong bawahannya dibina dengan benar. Kan kalo gini disuruh ganti rugi, dan dituduh bawa makanan orang !!
It's bad, my sister is delivering food for people to be taken away by security.. Please, the security service provider, please help his subordinates to be properly trained If this is the case, you will be asked to pay compensation, and you will be accused of bringing other people's food!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow response from the building management team and they doesn't even care about the customer. Asked about description to renovate an unit they told me to wait until they call me back and one month after i haven't receive any call and i did called the person in charge but that person with a reason "busy" i'm unable to reach that person until now. I go there directly. but still there is no action taken and i've been kept waiting while there is seems no effort to take any action at all. Overall doesn't recomend this place for the future prospect if the management team doesn't improve them self in term of customer service.
