VERY UGLY. I bought a thigh for a burnt, small, very much oil with a high price I AM SO TASTE. Will not buy again here !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siapa yang tidak tahu AYAM GORENG SABANA? Wah sayang ya, kalau belum tahu, apalagi belum penah makan.. coba deh saran saya, terutama di tempat ini. Memang tidak semua booth Sabana mengikuti prosedur dari perusahaan. Tempat ini sepertinya mengikutinya. Bisa dilihat dari ketebalan tepung crispy-nya, kelembutan daging ayam-nya paska goreng, cara menggoreng dengan minyak yang baik. Bila kita lewat area ini, siap-siap hidung kita menghirup aroma ayam dan tak lama kemudian maka akan terbitlah air liur #telanludah hehehe semoga penilaian saya akan Ayam Goreng Sabana di tempat ini sama ya dengan yang lain... #selamatmencoba

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Letaknya ada di samping alfamart, sabana ini ngga ada tempat dine-in sih hanya untuk take out aja. Sekali goreng mereka tuh banyak bgt sampai etalasenya full, nandain kalau laris keras. Untuk yg sedang lewat jalan depannya pas lagi goreng kemungkinan besar akan ngiler sih karena wangi bgt ayam gorengnya hahaha.
Ayam goreng dada nya disini dijual seharga 10rb, tapi kali ini cobain ayam gepreknya yg tinggal nambah 3rb aja. Untuk ayamnya sendiri crunchy, bumbunya cukup rempah & sedikit spice serta enak, menurutku ayam proper yg satu level di bawah ayam-ayam vendor gede semacam KFC, MCD, dll. Sambel gepreknya sendiri tidak terlalu banyak ya mungkin karena cabe sedang mahal, lalu takaran bawang putih dll di sambalnya kurang sedap sih jadi hanya pedas aja namun tidak gurih.
Saranku kalau mau ayam geprek lebih baik beli yg sudah jagonya macem ayam geprek gold chick, tapi kalau memang ingin fried chickennya recommend sekali disini!

The fried chicken breast here is sold for 10 thousand, but this time try the geprek chicken which only adds 3 thousand. As for the chicken itself, it's crunchy, the seasoning is quite spicy and a little spicy and delicious. In my opinion, proper chicken is one level below big vendor chickens like KFC, MCD, etc. The geprek sauce itself is not too much, maybe because the chili is expensive, then the amount of garlic etc. in the sambal is not that good, so it's just spicy but not tasty.
My advice if you want geprek chicken, it's better to buy one that's already good, like gold chick geprek, but if you really want fried chicken, I highly recommend it here!
