★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food's still superb! I don't think the taste changed since the last time I ate there ages ago. But apparently not for the ambience; it's like their interiors haven't moved on from the '90s, maybe they should brighten up the place a bit. But overall, it was worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where you can find authentic Indonesian traditional fried chicken. It's a lovely place, very homey, and spacious. Traditional Javanese interior and a long lasting unchanged taste, nothing to complaint.
If only I can give 10 stars, I will definitely give it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of our favourite restaurant. Best traditional Fried Chicken in Indonesia. I like their Fried Chicken better than any fast food restaurant i have ever tasted. Their Karedok are also tasty & fresh. Want to experience one of Indonesian authentic traditional food? You're in the right place! Just don't expect much from their atmosphere & ambience in the restaurant. You will experience simple, old, outdated, classic vibes in this restaurant.

Just make sure, you're going after the outlet with a logo of two fried-chickens in a plate. The other logo, a picture of a Javanese Lady is a different owner. There was a well known dispute regarding this, but it was more of personal and none of our business.
As usual, the Ny. Suharti's fried chickens came with sprinkles of crispy spicy flakes. And these flakes made the fried-chicken tasted better and even perfected the taste.
The price of a whole fried chicken is not cheap compare to fast-food, but you'll want to taste them more and more especially when you are having it with rice.
The only downside is their sambal is not to my liking. But somehow, it suits well with the fried-chicken and the flakes.
How about the other menus? They're up to you. We only dine the fried chicken, dine-in or takeaway.
How about the place? It's a so-so between clean and meh, but lean more to clean. Crews and staffs are also nice and polite, superb javanese service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traditional style of Javanese fried chicken. Very authentic. Always love the sweet chilli sauce (sambal). They have few outlets, this one is quite in the center area. They have outdoor space and good covid protocol.
