★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya saya senang karena resto ini tidak memakai MSG dalam makanannya.
Namun karena pesanan saya tidak lengkap dan pesanan teman saya salah (Pesan Ayam Geprek dikirim Ayam Bakar) , saya pun menghubungi penjual dan ketika berharap akan dikirimkan yang sesuai pesanan, penjual minta supaya ongkos GoSend yang dia minta untuk saya yang pesankan untuk dibayarkan oleh pesanan teman saya yang salah itu (Ayam Bakarnya).
Saya marah karena nggak dibicarakan sejak awal hingga terkesan saya termakan jebakan batman, karena teman saya juga tidak dapat mengkonsumsi makanan bakar seperti Ayam Bakar. Penjual tidak bilang sejak awal biaya GoSend untuk jemput makanannya adalah Ayam Bakar itu, apalagi tidak ada pilihan untuk ditukar. Padahal sudah dikatakan bahwa customer tidak bisa konsumsi, ditukar tidak bisa dan malah meminta saya untuk tanggung biaya kirim...
Setelah itu penjual hanya ingin permasalahan cepat selesai tanpa banyak bicara dengan mengirimkan biaya kirim.
Sayangnya, dikarenakan niat awalnya yang tidak berniat membayar ongkir dan menjadikan Ayam Bakar teman saya itu sebagai ganti ongkir, saya tidak ingin menerima uang yang tidak ikhlas itu. Sampai akhir pun penjual hanya menyalahkan saya tanpa intropeksi.
Walau begitu soto betawinya enak dan dagingnya cukup banyak.

I was angry because it wasn't discussed from the start, so I was impressed that I was caught in the Batman trap, because my friend also couldn't eat grilled food like Grilled Chicken. The seller didn't say from the start that the GoSend fee to pick up the food was the Grilled Chicken, moreover there was no option to exchange it. Even though it has been said that the customer can't consume it, can't exchange it and instead asked me to bear the shipping costs...
After that the seller just wants the problem to be resolved quickly without talking much by sending shipping costs.
Unfortunately, because the original intention was not to pay for postage and make my friend's Grilled Chicken instead of postage, I didn't want to accept that dishonest money. Until the end, the seller just blamed me without introspection.
Even so, the soto betawi is delicious and there is quite a lot of meat.
