★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ternyata Ayam Bringas Bang To'Ung ada juga di Perum Graha Raya dekat Bintaro dan Alam Sutra. Pas saya nyoba paket ayam goreng, luar biasa aromanya khas dan garing. Menunya bener-bener mengundang selera, apalagi didampingi dengan sambel merah pake jambal asin, liat gambarnya aja bikin ngiler ditambah lagi dengan sayur asem seger yang sudah termasuk dalam paket. Kebetulan saya juga nyoba bir pletok, minuman khas betawi yang sudah dimodifikasi dengan es dan susu. Rasanya lebih enak dari Thai-tea yang selama ini popular di resto-resto. Buat pencinta kuliner...cari waktu deh untuk nyoba, ngga bakalan kecewa....

 It turns out that the Bringas Bang To'Ung Chicken is also in Perum Graha Raya near Bintaro and Alam Sutra. When I tried the fried chicken package, it had an extraordinary and crisp aroma. The menu is really inviting tastes, especially accompanied by a red sauce using salted jambal, just looking at the picture makes you drool added with fresh vegetable tamarind that is included in the package. Incidentally, I also tried pletok beer, a Betawi specialty drink that has been modified with ice and milk. It tastes better than Thai-tea which has been popular in restaurants.
