Kemaren coba ayam bakar dan goreng.. dua2nya enak.. ayamnya empuk .. sambalnya mantap.. ada korek dan terasi.. kemaren anak saya mau nyobain sop nya.. cuma habis dan lagi di masak.. anak nya nga sabaran.. jadi nanti aja cobainya... Harga ? pas di kantong..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally belum sempat ke lokasi karena jauh, tapi sudah pernah cicipi karena spesial dikirim langsung oleh owner. Jumlah bintang based on rasa. Rasanya enak, bumbunya meresap ke daging ayamnya cukup baik, cuma mungkin waktu sedikit kurang lama waktu yang digunakan untuk meresapkan bumbunya. Dimaklumi karena jarak delivery cukup jauh sehingga memotong waktu preparation. .

Ayam bekotek ini ayam bakarnya enak deh, rasanya khas ayam bakar daerah jawa tengah. Walopun pake ayam negeri sama kayak ayam2 bakar lainnya tapi yg bikin beda dari Ayam Bekotek ini ngolahnya pinter. Hasilnya daging ayamnya empuk dan rasa bumbunya merasuk sampe ke daging dalem2nya & sampe ke tulang juga.
Sambelnya ada sambel terasi & sambel bawang, sambel terasinya sedep, sambel bawangnya pedess bangett topp pedesnya, makannya ampe keringetan, tp gak bikin perut mules.
Harganya cukup terjangkau dengan rasa yg boleh diadu ama ayam bakar lainnya. Selanjutnya pengen cobain yang ayam bekakak-nya ah, satu ekor ayam bakar utuh dengan bumbu meresap sampai ke tulang.

The price is quite affordable with flavors that can be competed with other grilled chicken. Next, I want to try the rooster chicken ah, one roasted whole chicken with spices soaking to the bone.
