Tempatnya cukup bersih dan ga terlalu pengap, karena area menggoreng terletak di depan. Hanya saja, kalau kondisi normal, pesen via aplikasi online, hampir selalu salah terus orderannya. Yang ga dikasih sate kulit, belum lagi pesen paket tapi ga dikasih nasi. Tingkat akurasi dalam melayani dan pengecekan perlu ditingkatkan, karyawan juga harus lebih ramah.
