★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waktu awal2 opening, persambelannya masih kurang bgt.. sambel bawangnya ga pedes sama sekali, sambel andalimannya juga ga pedes. Akhirnya kemaren coba beli lagi karna dari dulu gapernah kedapetan bebeknya:)
Untuk sambelnya yg skrg udh enakk, pedesnya juga nampol, andalimannya berasa, tapi kurang asin dikit.. tapi gapapa yg penting pedes wkwk
Untuk bebeknya enakk, walaupun bumbu ungkepannya standar tapi bebeknya ga bau prengus karna tunggirnya dah dibuangin.. aku soal bebek itu picky bgt makannya, pernah beli bebek tapi bau prengus alias dagingnya berasa bau unggasnya? tapi untungnya disini engga bau dan dagingnya empuk??
Yang jadi juara adalah kol goreng krispinya. GILA JUARA BGTTTT? ga cukup beli 1.. luarnya crunchy, kolnya ga pait, ga terlalu berminyak, dan ga bau tengik.. ahh love bgt buat kol goreng krispinya ♥️♥️
At the beginning of the opening, the sauce was still not good ... the onion sauce was not spicy at all, the Andaliman sauce was not spicy either. Finally yesterday I tried to buy it again because the ducks never caught on :)
For the sauce which is now delicious, the spicy is also hot, the taste is reliable, but a little less salty ... but what's important is that it's spicy hahaha
The duck is delicious, even though the ungkepan spices are standard but the duck doesn't smell prengus because the tunggir has been thrown away ... I think the duck is very picky to eat, I bought duck but the smell of prengus aka the meat smells like poultry? but luckily it doesn't smell like and the meat is tender
The winner is the crispy fried cabbage. CRAZY CHAMPION BGTTTT? not enough to buy 1 ... crunchy on the outside, the cabbage is not tight, not too oily, and doesn't smell rancid ... ahh love how much fried cabbage with crisps ♥ ️ ♥ ️
