★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini baru ayam bakar Kalasan yang sesungguhnya. Rasanya yang sungguh endes, bumbunya yang meresap sampai ke dalam lapisan daging ayamnya. Sambelnya gak begitu pedas jadi gak perlu takut sakit perut. Tentunya dengan resep yang sudah turun temurun dari pendahulunya. Dulunya ayam bakar Kalasan Mas Mus ini ada di Bidakara dengan jumlah pembeli yang gak ada habisnya, tiap hari bisa habis 100 ekor ayam terjual. Bayangkan betapa larisnya waktu itu, dan itu berarti pula kalau rasa ayam bakar kalasan ini gak pernah bohong. Dan sekarang Ayam Bakar Kalasa Mas Mus ini ada di Jalan Rasamala Raya, samping Alfamart. Tempatnya lumayan adem, tempat parkir juga ada, kalau buat motor mah cukup lumayan, tapi kalau bawa mobil bisa parkir di pinggir jalan. Harga terjangkau banget, 20 ribu udah plus minum. Sayangnya tidak banyak pilihan minuman seperti jus atau sejenisnya. Hanya ada teh manis, air mineral dan teh botol.

Formerly the Kalasan Mas Mus roast chicken was in Bidakara with an endless number of buyers, 100 chickens were sold out every day. Imagine how good it was at that time, and that also meant that the flavor of a broiled roasted chicken had never lied. And now the Kalasa Mas Mus Roasted Chicken is on Jalan Rasamala Raya, next to Alfamart. The place is pretty cool, there is also a parking lot, if you make a motorbike it's pretty good, but if you bring a car you can park on the roadside. Very affordable price, 20 thousand plus drinking. Unfortunately there are not many choices of drinks like juice or the like. There is only sweet tea, mineral water and bottled tea.

Sy sdh mengenal ayam bakar ini sejak awal 90an dan msh dikelola oleh 'gurunya', ini adalah salah satu 'muridnya' yg msh exist sampai skrg dgn rasa yg masih sama,uenak tenan, the most important thing is..the price ia very affordable for such a great taste?come n try this one.

I have known this grilled chicken since the early 90s and it is still managed by the 'teacher', this is one of his 'students' who still exists until now with the same taste, really delicious, the most important thing is..the price is very affordable for such a great taste?come n try this one.
