★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teruntuk manajemen tolong ya sistemnya dirubah lagi. Yang pesen online tolong diutamakan dibanding yang dine in. Pemesan online itu kalau complain bisa ke mana-mana. Sedangkan dine in paling complain ke resto/karyawan. Selalu ajaaa kalo pesen online ga pernah kurang dari 60 menit. Kesian kalo yang pesen lansia ude laper nunggu makan lagi. Aduh. Pihak driver online juga pada ngeluh kesian. Harusnya udah dapet orderan lain. Malah ketahan disitu. Saya juga orang F&B tau lah masalah begini. Tolong di tingkatkan lagi pokoknya!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best bakar madu utk sekitaran, ga ngerti kenapa review nya jelek. Emang bener kalo mesen waktunya rada lama, tapi karna mreka bakar nya bener² mateng+bumbu nya meresap.
Pegawai nya juga ramah ah, gatau krna udh di perbaiki pelayanan nya tapi baru² ini beli pegawai nya ramah. Emg ada beberapa yg cenderung diam, ya namanya jg lg kerja. Cuma pegawai kasir nya yg ramah ngajak ngobrol.
Pokoknya jangan ragu buat beli disini, asli bakar madu nya enak banget. Ga rekomen buat yg laper banget tp mesen di jam sibuk, karna bakal lamaaaa.
Inget, orang sabar di sayang tuhan

The staff is also friendly, ah, I don't know because the service has been improved but recently bought the staff is friendly. There are some who tend to be silent, so their names are also working. Only the cashier staff are friendly to talk to.
Anyway, don't hesitate to buy it here, the original grilled honey is really delicious. I don't recommend it for those who are really hungry, but order during peak hours, because it will take too long.

I'm annoyed that SM employees are given advice or directions, in a good way they even stick out. I know I've been waiting for 1 hour, instead I was told to wait for LG. Paraaaahhhh
