Lost 200 mil Rupiah in 1 month... whenever they told us that the gold price was going somewhere (up or down) their advice were never correct.. They kept asking us to top up funds to secure our initial deposit and said that will help to salvage, truth was the loss just kept getting worse. They cant be found during critical moments, the only solution they can give was only top up funds, seems that they were not trained about trading at all, only marketing tricks. No professionalism and no responsibilities.. do research and get some knowledge before you get in this kind of trading, because when you get in trouble they just simply dont care, since this is not their $$$ we are talking about. My account was handled by Hendra Hermawan and his trainee Arfan and Octavia.
