★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place doesn't deserve to hold Avis name or brand. They rent out beaten up car infested with cockroaches. It's a very nasty and dangerous experience as little cockroaches crawl around while the car is moving. Avoid this place at all cost!!!
The representative named Marasi handled the complaint really poorly and made it extremely difficult to get a replacement car. I had to terminate the contract much earlier as they couldn't offer any better service. Choosing them is an absolute mistake that ruined my experience in Jakarta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and awful customer service. I can’t believe they’re allowed to operate under the Avis name.
I was quoted 2 different prices for a car rental with driver by different agents. The second agent, Marasi, quoted double the first one. He only changed his tune when I informed him of the price his colleague originally provided. He also never followed through with a confirmation.
I ultimately went with Golden Bird which quoted a reasonable price and was professional through and through.
