★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya awal mula klinik ini buka saya suka.. karena masih di pegang SM dokter nya. Dan perawatannya lengkap dan hargapun terjangkau di Bandung tempat lainnya. Tempat nyaman pula.
Dan sekarang lebih lengkap lg selain ada perawatan skin care juga ada salonnya juga.
Makin kesini untuk tempat nya makin bagus bangat dan nyaman. Perawatan makin lengkap.
Tapi sayang nya dokter erniya sudah tidak ada. Karena kata therapisnya dokternya kerja jadi dokter lg di klinik lain.
Sehingga untuk perawatan yg membutuhkan penanganan dokter seperti infus whitenging dll harus janjian dulu sama dokter (biasanya pagi sebelum jam setengah 10 dan KL sore biasanya ada nya habis magrib.
Ini keterangan dr therapisnya) jadi selebihnya perawatan di lakukan oleh therapis dan sayangnya therapisnya pun yg tidak pengalaman ).Otodidak. belajarnya ditempat ini dr therapis di tmpat ini jg.
Jadi kalau ada customer sambil megang muka sambil dia di lepas belajarnya dan massage muka dll itu bener" gak berasa SM sekali.
Mau creambath apa LG. Mau massage muka dan creambath serasa cm di Elus" doang GK ad tenaga SM sekali.
Pdhal sudah di bilang keras tp memang mungkin tenaganya cuma segitu. JD ttp aja. Jadi kaya muka saya cm di elap dan bersihkan doang.
Jadi menurut saya sayang sekali, tempat dr awal sampai sekarang itu makin bagus dan makin nyaman lebih maju, harga sih sekarang makin mahal alias setara dengan tempat lainnya tp menurut saya ini wajar karena dr segi tempat
tp yg tidak wajarnya harga sudah mahal tp tidak di imbangi SM kwalitas therapis nya.
Dan saat pernah juga saya datang jam 1 siang. Mau warnai rambut katanya tidak bisa dulu. Karena sekarang sudah jam 1 siang sekarang LG pulang cepat selesai atau tutup jamm 3. KL warnain rambut takut nya 2 jam tidak cukup udh jam pulang. Aduh syg bgt. Terus saya di suruh bikin janji besok agar pas jam pulang therapisnya normal katanya.
Demikian info dari saya. Semoga menjadi kritik dan saran positif untk temapat ini yg sudah bagus tp sayang tdk di imbangi dgn therapist atau perawat yg tidak ad skill dan pengalaman SM sekali.
Toh kita customer bayar mahal mau perawatan bukan jadi kelinci percobaan therapis" barunya. Huuuu...

But unfortunately, Erniya's doctor is gone. Because the therapist said the doctor was working as a doctor at another clinic.
So for treatments that require doctor's treatment, such as whitening infusions, etc., you have to make an appointment with the doctor (usually in the morning before half past 10 and KL in the afternoon usually ends at sunset.
This is a statement from the therapist) so the rest of the treatment is done by the therapist and unfortunately the therapist is not experienced.) Self-taught. learn in this place from the therapist in this place too.
So if there is a customer holding his face while he is taking off his studies and massage his face etc, it really doesn't feel like SM at all.
What cream bath do you want? LG. I want a facial massage and creambath to feel like I'm in Elus" only GK has SM power.
Even though it's been said hard, it's possible that the power is only that much. JD still. So it's like I just wipe my face and just clean it.
So I think it's a shame, the place from the beginning until now is getting better and more comfortable and more advanced, the price is now more expensive aka equivalent to other places but I think this is reasonable because in terms of place
But what's not fair is that the price is already expensive, but it's not matched by the quality of the therapist.
And when I also came at 1 pm. He said he wanted to color his hair, he couldn't first. Because now it's 1 pm now LG is going home quickly or closing at 3. KL is afraid that 2 hours is not enough to go home. I'm so sorry. Then I was told to make an appointment tomorrow so that when the therapist returned home, he said normally.
That's the info from me. Hopefully it will be a positive criticism and suggestion for this place, which is already good, but unfortunately it is not matched by a therapist or nurse who has no SM skills and experience at all.
After all, we are customers who pay dearly for treatment, not to be the therapist's new guinea pig. Huuuu...

Untuk harga 100.000 yg saya bayarkan untuk facial standar.
Yg saya dapatkan.
-wajah di bersihkan- lanjut cream pemutih+ uap hangat di wajah.
- lanjut pembersihan komedo (tambahan biaya 30.000).
-lanjut di beri cream dengan alat roller wajah.
-dilanjut masker dan terakhir di beri cream. Selesai.
Tidak ada facial massage sama sekali.
Sebaiknya facial standart include pembersihan komedo & facial massage tanpa ada tambahan biaya lain lain.
Seperti pengalaman saya facial di tempat lain dengan harga yg sama dan produk yg di gunakan juga berkualitas baik.

- further cleaning of blackheads (additional cost 30,000).
-continue to be given cream with a facial roller tool.
-continued mask and finally given cream. Finished.
No facial massage at all.
We recommend that a standard facial includes cleaning blackheads & facial massage without any other additional costs.
Like my experience facials at other places with the same price and the products used are also of good quality.
