★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went to avia tour office in bungur to proceed visa. The staf that handle my visa document are not professional, i send mssg through her watsap number but she didnt reply, but she is ONLINE. is it how you handle client???.. have to educate them if not your big name can be ruin

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for affordable tour, Avia is one of the recommended provider. I traveled to Korea and Australia with family and friends using Avia tour package (including airplane return ticket, visa, accommodation and meals). Really enjoyed the trip, we went to great places and eventhough the restaurants that we visited were not fancy ones but the food were always delicious for sure. I also applied Japan visa 3times and Schengen visa 1 time through Avia, very fast service but details in checking documents. Overall i am very satisfied with Avia's service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a sham. Terrible post sales experience and unprofessional customer service. You are better off at ANY other travel agent. Its been 2 years and they still haven't processed or refunded a my airline ticket despite many confirmations.
Most of the reviews written here are by their employees and is very misleading. Save yourself the hassle and don't even consider this place.
