★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah di kalimalang, bela2 in mau ke sana jam 7 pagi sampai nya jam 8 pagi, sampai sana buka, tp shampoo nya habis.. Nunggu bs 3 atau 4 hari.. Gk ada analisa stok shampoo.. Sama sekali... Gk rekomen dan gk profesional..
The house is in Kalimalang, I want to go there at 7 in the morning until it is 8 in the morning, when I get there it is open, but the shampoo runs out. and unprofessional..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya saya senang mencuci disini karena teknologi touchless. Awal pembukaan memang mencuci sangat bersih. Tapi setelah beberapa bulan kualitas menurun. Dan saya melaporkan juga ke CS dan mendapat tanggapan yg agak lama. Tp memang ada improvement lebih bersih.
Tp kemarin saya cukup kecewa lagi.
1. Lap yg digunakan masih basah sehingga meninggalkan kerak bekas basah di kaca dan juga spion yg sangat jelas. Dan harus minta dibersihkan ulang.
2. Di dalam mobil ada kunci mobil dan kunci motor. Keduanya dibawa turun dan saat selesai yg dikasih hanya kunci mobil saja.. haddeeeeh. Coba tlp nomor yg ada di IG dan CS di reject, dan di WA baru di reply paginya. Padahal terlihat online.
Akhirnya malam2 saya datangi lagi ke lokasi dan betul adanya kunci motor ada. Dan sayangnya mereka tidak menyimpan dengan baik, tp digantung di tempat terbuka ?. Dan CS yg sangat slow response.. kecuali kaloan tuliskan jam operational untuk CS nya.
Semoga masukan ini jadi perbaikan ya..

Saya pribadi gak mau deh cuci lagi di Autobetcare Cibubur. Not recomended.
At first I liked washing here because of the touchless technology. The beginning of the opening did wash very clean. But after a few months the quality decreased. And I also reported to CS and got a rather long response. But there is a cleaner improvement.
But yesterday I was quite disappointed again.
1. The cloth used is still wet so it leaves a wet crust on the glass and also very clear mirrors. And had to ask to be cleaned again.
2. In the car there are car keys and motorbike keys. Both of them were brought down and when they were finished all they were given were the car keys... haddeeeeh. Try calling the numbers on IG and CS, they are rejected, and in WA, they will be replied to in the morning. Even though it looks online.
Finally at night I went to the location again and it was true that there was a motorbike key. And unfortunately they don't store well, but hang in the open . And a very slow response CS... unless you write down the operating hours for the CS.
Hopefully this input will be an improvement..
but not just for a moment
I personally don't want to wash it again at Autobetcare Cibubur. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pertama kali coba cuci disini, setelah nya mobil jamuran dimana2 difoto hanya sebagian saja sisa nya masih banyak, gatau ini kualitas air nya yg jelek atau ngelap nya ga bagus atau sabun nya.. yang jelas saya kecewa. Semoga dipahami kasus seperti ini jangan sampai kejadian dimobil2 lain terkhusus mobil warna hitam...
I tried to wash it here for the first time, after the moldy car was photographed everywhere, only some of it remained, I don't know if the water quality is bad or the cleaning is not good or the soap... which is clearly I'm disappointed. I hope you understand that cases like this don't happen in other cars, especially black cars...
