★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the one of best service station from the brand of Auto 2000, waiting room is decent with wide screen television and cable. They serve snack even tough it only peanut and chips, they has coffee, tea and mineral water. Waiting line is moderate even you are not in booking list. Repair work usually finish in same day with various hour of completion depend on the repair and service conducted. The people are friendly and look well trained professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regular check and service for my toyota. The service was slow. The part that need to be replaced was not avail. Instead of telling me so it can finished earlier, they just left my car idle for 1hour. What a waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and professional attitude. Excellent service. Good waiting area with free tea and coffee serving. Easy access and clean environment. It's better to have appointment before coming. They completed the job in time and car service is complimentary.
Important thing to note is that if you have requested for home service, it would be cheaper. For the same service in Workshop I had to pay 3 times higher price. So home service is recommended.
Battery Change home service is IDR 40000 and same in Workshop is IDR 115500.
