★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are visiting here,do remember to made booking before that..or else you gonna waits for LONG hours. Attentive cs and consultant. Wifis at waiting lounge are quite unpredictable,sometimes it works sometimes its just non existence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You got your new car and do your routine car service in this workshop. There are a few rusts in your car, dead shock-absorber but when the routine car service is done as usual all rusts disappeared and everything is changed and all for free. Can you believe that? That's why I gave them high star rating! Check your car thoroughly after you do routine maintenance in this workshop and you will know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since it's covid 19 they re served a great service but the timing tho.. they arrange my car at 11 am, but the man in charged comes at 11.45, so I waited for 45 minutes..will add another star once they fixed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does the Standard Operation Procedure of all if not most Auto 2000 the same or not? Just brought the car for the purpose of routine service to this service centre. After it is finished, I drove the car as usual and found the Air Con blows intense perfume odor! I have neither asked about such treatment by service advisor nor have I made a request about such changes. I have asked them but the answered they did not use perfume on the car therefore unsatisfactory.
Can you make any modification or changes to customers' car without their permission? It's such a shame, an official Toyota workshop can't even get it straight. People do things for a reason and there is a reason why some people do not use perfume on their car, it can be trivial or serious reason. Some people can have allergy reaction and can have detrimental effect, not to mention the negative effect it will give to the Air Con system, if there is any. The widespread pandemic Covid-19 will not make your Air Con healthier either by using perfume.
I have filed a complaint about this matter and looking forward to hearing from you soon!
