★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car washing service is just so so, if not quite good. In my experience, there was still remaining dirts outside which can easily be removed with my kanebo. Interior was not clean, seems like they did not clean it up at all (even confirmed with the receptionist that cleaning with vacuum cleaner should be included). However, the waiting room is comfort with free coffee and tea.
If you use the washing service, make sure that they do clean up both exterior and interior properly.
