★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best theater in Jakarta and maybe also in the entire Indonesia. Built in a very expert way, nothing is less than perfect. A very good acustic will lead the spectator in a wide sensation of dpace and the view of the stage is optimal in every seat. M° Tong and his daughter, also director of orchestra, are very full of energies and extraordinary ability. Please, more theaters, less mall.

A bit chalenging since I asked about the ticket on Sunday and was finally updated on Monday.
I understand many question and inquiry need to respond and follow-up but being friendly is a mandatory.
Crowds

While the performance on going:
Heard phone notification voice, infant voice, people recording and taking picture with their phones, talking, walk rushing to the toilet with loud tapping shoes. Very different atmosphere of apericiation compare to Western - European market.
The ushers maybe can help to create more awareness while escorting about the phone activity? Just some feedback since I like this this place and the performance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s really the best concert hall in Jakarta (the conductor said) ? the sound acoustic is amazing, the seat is comfortable, and the seat arrangement is great so that we can enjoy the orchestra very well ???
