Namun tidak cocok untuk anak2 dan lansia karena banyak benda berat
Tepat tidak terlalu luas namun 3 lantai dan itu jadi nilai tambah
Nice and comfortable place
However, it is not suitable for children and the elderly because there are a lot of heavy objects

One of the best gym in Bogor district. Complete and well-maintained tools, clean toilets and prayer rooms, very good lighting and most importantly lots of glass around the room, hehe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya bersih, kamar mandinya bersih ,tersedia tempat solat , ramah ramah orangnya , alatnya cukup lengkap . Hanya saja ruang gymnya sedikit sempit karna banyak alat gym ,ruang gerak jadi tidak leluasa. Yang lain oke mantap.
The place is clean, the bathroom is clean, there is a place for prayer, the people are friendly, the tools are quite complete. It's just that the gym room is a little cramped because there are lots of gym equipment, so there's not much room for movement. The others are okay.
