★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya bagus, customer service dan satpamnya juga ramah.. proses antri ngga terlalu bnyak jadi walaupun csnya cumab 2 tp lebih cepet, ngurus kartu atm yg hilang jdi cepet..
 The service is good, customer service and security guards are also friendly ... the process is queued, it's not too much, so even though the Cs cum 2 is faster, take care of the lost ATM card when it's fast ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau anda tidak punya waktu yang banyak, disarankan jangan datang ke Cabang yang ini, datang ke KC/KCP Mandiri yang lain saja. pelayanan disini sangat-sangat-sangat lama.
If you don't have much time, it is recommended that you don't come to this branch, just come to another Mandiri KC/KCP. the service here is very, very, very long.

CS NYA MALAH MENANGANI DENGAN NADA TINGGI DAN MELOTOT APAKAH ITU SIKAP YANG NAIK DI BERIKAN KEPADA PELANGGAN?? DAN TIDAK MEMBERIKAN SOLUSI UNTUK MASALAH... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satpam nya tidak membantu tidak ramah, customer service nya juga kurang baik banget yg perempuan bukannya membantu malah bikin orang drop sama kesel!!
