Untuk ganti kartu atm yg sudah expired dan ganti nomor hp untuk keperluan OTP aja bisa sampai satu setengah jam. banyak dokumen yg mesti ditandatangani. Mungkin CIMB Niaga bisa lebih dipermudah lagi bagian birokrasinya biar ga ribet?
Tapi Bintang 5 untuk Ibu Tere bagian Customer Service yang top banget pelayanannya! Ramah banget dan kalau ada pertanyaan dijawabnya detail. Bener2 dari ganti kartu, ganti nomor hp sampe pindah gawai untuk go mobile beliau sabar bantuin. Beliau juga gesit banget sat set sat set, bisa diliat dari cara si ibu ngetik, bolak balik ngambil dokumen dll. tp emang birokrasinya aja yg njelimet lol. TOP deh bu Tere!
3 stars for the complicated bureaucratic process.
To replace an expired atm card and change the cellphone number for OTP purposes, it can take up to an hour and a half. Lots of documents to sign. Maybe CIMB Niaga can make the bureaucracy easier so it's less complicated?
But 5 stars for Mrs. Tere, the customer service department, who has really top service! Very friendly and if you have questions, they are answered in detail. Really, from changing cards, changing cellphone numbers to changing devices to go mobile, he was patient to help. He is also very agile in one set, you can see from the way the mother typed, went back and forth to pick up documents, etc. but the bureaucracy is really complicated lol. TOP, Mrs. Tere!
