Tidak ada sopan santunnya.
Dia itu security atau preman .melarang parkir di samping padahal sudah malam .saya yg di usir dan sedangkan yg lain tidak diusir ??? Apa yg salah dengan saya. Saya nasabah CIMB Niaga dari tahun 2007..
Tindak tegas petugas yg mencoreng nama bank. Dimana mana petugas jaga bank selalu ramah dan bukan preman.kejadian pukul 18:30

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lihat saya memberikan bintang ini pasti anda tau yang saya rasa kan. Terlalu lama dari jam 11 siang belum dapat panggilan juga sampe jam setengah 2 padahal cuma 4 antrian. Banyak orang pada pulang karena kelamaan. Pegawainya banyak ngobrol , mau kerja apa mau ngerumpi. Biasakan kerja cepat ,jangan mau gajian Doang yang cepat. Tempat gede doang tapi taller nya cuma 2. Banyak omong . Tolong presiden CIMB niaga urus cepat pegawai yang lamban. Tallernya udah kaya hape , kalo ga ada sinyal lemot
See I gave this star for sure you know how I feel right. It's been too long since 11 noon, I haven't gotten a call yet until half past 2 even though there are only 4 queues. Many people go home because it is too late. The employees talk a lot, whether they want to work or want to chat. Get used to working fast, don't want a quick payday. It's just a big place but the taller is only 2. A lot of talk. Please, the president of CIMB Commerce, take care of the slow employees. The taller is like a cellphone, if there is no slow signal

Service is not good. Waiting for a very long time at the corner of the customer queue. Employees just keep quiet about priorities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masa ada 2 CS dengan antrian 2 orang aja mesti nunggu satu setengah jam? Mungkin cocok utk dapat perdikat Bank Swasta Terlelet sih! Hebatnya lagi, begitu akhirnya duduk di depan CS, bknnya segera menindak lanjutin keperluan sy, eh dia malah jualan deposito! Ini udah bertahun2 gak ada perbaikan. Padahal dulu thn 90an, jaman namanya msh BANK NIAGA, bank ini termasuk bank swasta yg terbaik!

Masa No 2 CS with 2 aja queue must wait for one and a half hour? Maybe suitable for private banks can perdikat Terlelet heck! Amazingly, so ended up sitting in front of CS, bknnya immediately follow lanjutin sy purposes, eh he actually selling deposits! It already bertahun2 not a repair. And once yr 90s, the era name msh COMMERCIAL BANK, these banks including private banks who best!

And the longest waiting time was over an hour. if you have little time and expect fast service It is recommended to change branches
