Mending cari bank agak jauh tp pelayanan cepet
Percuma deket kalo ke cs nunggu 1 jam lebih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luar biasa lama pelayanan CS nya, antrian CS aja harus nunggu sampe 10 nasabah, padahal ini bank nasabahnya ga banyak ya
The CS service is amazingly long, the CS queue just has to wait for up to 10 customers, even though this bank has not many customers, right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sumpah pelayanan super duper lambat! Security juga kurang ramah! Ga sukaaaa banget! Masa mau buka rekening aja prosesnya 1,5 jam lebih. Udah 2x kesini bener bener lambat banget pelayanannya!
I swear super duper slow service! Security is also not friendly! Don't like it very much! The process for opening an account takes more than 1.5 hours. Been here 2 times, the service is really really slow!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT GO HERE! Super crazy slowy response from the customer service, I just want to pick up my debit card after online registration, it took 1 hours to get our card with many form we must to filled, even we already filled it online.

You only have 1, people must be very patience to wait here... Very bad service, not recommended..
