Bad service, unfriendly security guards. The point is disappointing, the CS is slow.

โ โ โ โ โ barusan ganti kartu ATM disini. customer servicenya bilang PIN baru nanti dikirim kira2 sejam lagi (istirahat). tp udh mau 3 jam blm ada SMS masuk juga. sampe sy mampir ke CS CIMB niaga yg di Kemang Pratama, kartunya blm aktif dtggu dikirim SMS PIN nya dan di aktifin dari cabang Cikarang tsb.

just now replace the ATM card here. the customer service says a new PIN will be sent in about an hour (rest). but I already want 3 hours before there is an incoming SMS too. until I stop by CS CIMB Commerce in Kemang Pratama, the card has not been activated yet, the SMS PIN is sent and activated from the Cikarang branch.
it's been a long time ...

Sumpah ngantrinya parah banget dan customer servicenya hanya buka 1 counter saja, seharusnya pihak bank lihat juga antrian kalau banyak yang antri seharusnya counter dibuka lebih banyak apalagi kejadian ini setiap hari dan dimasa pandemi Corona, satpamnya ramah sekali

โ โ โ โ โ Pelayanan nya bener2 lelet dan yg jelas bener2 ga bagus. Bilang pin atm bakalan di kirim ke lewat sms asal pulsa standby tapu nunggu beberapa hari ga ada sms sama sekali. Sampe saya dateng ke yg cabang Cibitung tpi malah di suruh balik lagi ke cabang jbbeka karna atm belum di aktipasi
The service is really slow and clearly not good. Says the atm pin will be sent to via sms from standby pulse but waiting for a few days no sms at all. Until I came to the Cibitung branch, but instead I was told to go back to the jbbeka branch because the atm has not been activated
