★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utk teller : tidak memahami transaksi perbankan dgn baik. Sy awam ketika pertama kali membayar PBB di BNI (biasa dibank lain) tp teller tidak bs membantu memberi jawaban dan tidak paham. Alangkah baiknya tidak membuat nasabah tambah bingung. Kualitas SDM nya harap diperhatikan
Utk system BNI : bank lain ketika mau membayar PBB tidak perlu sampai punya rekening dibank tersebut. Di BNI HARUS punya rek di BNI tp dibank lain TIDAK PERLU punya rekening dibank tsb. Fleksibel ketika ingin menyediakan solusi bukan membuat aturan yg berbelit
For tellers: do not understand banking transactions well. I was a layman when I first paid the PBB at BNI (usually at another bank) but the teller could not help giving answers and did not understand. It would be nice not to confuse customers. Please pay attention to the quality of human resources
For the BNI system: when other banks want to pay PBB, they do not need to have an account at the bank. At BNI, you MUST have an account at BNI but at another bank, DO NOT NEED to have an account at that bank. Be flexible when you want to provide a solution, not make convoluted rules
