★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa sama layanan Bank BTN Pamulang 2, niat mau ganti kartu ATM yang expired secara otomatis padahal di fisik kartu sampe 2022.
Hari pertama satya datang ke Bank BTN ini bahwa Sistem lagi down jadi ga bisa proses, lalu hari ke 2 saya datang kembali udah antri dan tiba di CS bahwa info dari CS Usernya ga ada di tempat sehingga ga bisa di proses saya di alihkan ke cabang lain.
Nasabah ga mau tau jika user ga ada ya harusnya ada penggantinya
Ini Pelayan Bank yg sangat bruruk sekali Bank BTN, biaya admin bulanan yg sangat besar setara dengan bank besar tapi layanan Jelek sekali, fasilitas ATM susah, pelayanan CS buruk klo biaya admin 5000 tapi layanan kaya gini ok wajar lah.
Tolong Masukan ini bukan hanya terpampang saja tapi jadikan pelajaran buat pelayanan Bank ini

The first day I came to Bank BTN that the system was down so it could not be processed, then on the second day I came back already queued and arrived at CS that the information from the CS User was not in place so that it could not be processed I was transferred to another branch .
The customer does not want to know if there is no user, there should be a replacement
This is a very bad Bank Waiter Bank BTN, a very large monthly admin fee is equivalent to a large bank but the service is very ugly, ATM facilities are difficult, CS service is bad if admin costs 5000 but this service is ok it's normal.
