★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru kali ini bela belain cari locationnnya biar bisa kasih masukan. Payah! satpamnya jutek dan ketus. Gak ngerti kekurangan nasabah, seolah olah mengejek dan memandang secara RENDAH nasabah!! Maaf jadi emosi, Semoga bisa lebih baik agar siapapun nasabah yang datang untuk berkunjung agar dilayani dengan baik dan sopan, agar bisa tetap nyaman bertransaksi melalui BRI.
This is the first time Bela Belain is looking for the location so I can give input. Poor! the security guard is rude and curt. Don't understand the lack of customers, it's as if they are mocking and looking down on customers!! Sorry to be emotional, Hopefully it can be better so that whoever comes to visit is served well and politely, so that they can remain comfortable transacting through BRI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk cs yg pria tolong agak kencang suaranya agar terdengar oleh nasabah yg punya permasalahan telinga dan untuk cs baiknya di tanya lg tentang nasabah baru untuk hal lainya seperti ingin gunakan layanan BRImo/ internet banking dll. Karna sy sangat kerepotan ketika ingin gunakan layanan brimo tapi cs nya suaranya kecil dan inipun nama di buku tabungan sy tidak sesuai dengan di ktp hanya ketik nama depan tdk lengkap! Bikin sy bolak balik ke bank klo gini ceritanya dong. Sy aja butuh waktu 1 minggu kemudian baru bisa ke bank!
Di bank lain 2kartu sy semuanya nama panjang sy. Klo gini sy jadi repot untuk tf atau terima tfan org lain bikin tdk yakin org tsb untuk transfer ke sy!
Untuk satpamnya terimakasih sdh membantu ya. Tolong kualitas pelayanan nya di tingkatkan lagi.
For male cs, please make the voice louder so that customers who have ear problems can hear it and for cs, it's best to ask about new customers for other things, such as wanting to use BRImo services/ internet banking etc. Because I have a lot of trouble when I want to use the Brimo service but the cs sound is small and even this the name in my savings book doesn't match the ID card, just type the first name, it's not complete! Makes me go back and forth to the bank if this is the story, please. I just need 1 week and then I can go to the bank!
In other banks, my 2 cards are all my long names. At this time I'm so bothered to tf or accept someone else's tfan so I'm not sure that person to transfer to me!
For the security guard, thank you for helping. Please improve the quality of service again.
