ATM sekaligus juga Kantor Unit Jombor lokasinya Jl. Magelang Utara Selokan Mataram Kutu. Pelayanan ok banget dari mulai CS,Teller dan Security semua memuaskan.
ATM as well as the Jombor Unit Office located on Jl. Magelang Utara Gutter Mataram Kutu. The service is really good, starting from CS, Teller and Security, all are satisfying.

Sudah menunggu lama malah di lompati terus antrianya, padahal saya nunggu di situ tidak pergi . malah di dahuluin orang" yang baru ngantri, alasanya mereka pencairan uang, sedangkan saya hanya ganti nomor pin . ATM disitu juga sering error seperti kurang perawatan .

Customer servicenya lama sekali..dan cuma 1 orang saja...seharusnya 2 orang supaya tidak banyak orang yang menunggu melayani 1 orang bisa sampai 15 menit..

Tempat parkir luas. Sangat strategis. Terletak tak jauh dari flyover Jombor. Yaitu di jalan menuju kota Yogyakarta dari arah Magelang. Ada dua ATM disana namun kadang eror. Harapan kedepannya ATM ini dipastikan bisa dipakai dengan baik. Dan selalu dikontrol ?
Spacious parking lot. Very strategic. Located not far from the Jombor flyover. Namely on the road to the city of Yogyakarta from the direction of Magelang. There are two ATMs there but sometimes they get errors. Hopefully in the future this ATM will certainly be used properly. And always controlled ?

Hari ini saya ke bank BRI mengurus PIP... saya datang minta no antrian katanya nanti aja suruh nulis data dulu... saya nunggu 15 menitan berharap untuk dipanggil... tiba2 ada teman sekolah yang datang mau ngurus PIP suruh ambil antrian... saya yg dari tadi antri nggak dipanggil2... saya disitu nunggu dan udh dilewati berkali2 antrian... saya minta antrian jawabannya "tenang aja yg penting masih ada waktu..." Saya seorang ibu pekerja... saya jg mengejar waktu... Untuk 15 MENITAN yg terabaikan plus DUA JAM saya menunggu... Semoga bisa buat evaluasi diri saya dan semoga ada evaluasi dalam pelayanan bank...
