★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau buka rekening untuk pribadi aja ribet langsung di suruh balik lagi besok ,eh pas besoknya balik lagi malah di suruh daftar online ,pas daftar online malah kendala di data padahal data yang di daftarkan benar . Ribet banget .. pelayanan buruk , dan banyak nasabah menumpuk di depan tanpa kursi .. pelayanannya lebih bagus dan nyaman di bank lain..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costumer nya banyak. Pelayana nya cuma 1.orang. padahal masih banyak ruang lain. kasian banyak yg ngantri lama2 harus balik lagi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masa ambil antrian jam 7 baru di panggil jam 3 sore padahal antrian no 13 untuk CS pelayanan nya cuman 1 jadi lama, saya sangat kecewa pelayanan nya tidak memuaskan

Banyak nasabah kecewa karena antrian nya terlalu numpuk bahkan ada yang harus balik lagi besoknya. Minimal tambah per desa. Di Ponorogo bank BRI itu hampir setiap desa ada. Sedangkan Bogor masa 1 kecamatan cuma 1

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamis dateng sekitar jam 10 dan satpam nyuruh buat dtg senin aj karna jadwal cs sudah gd. Dan senin dtg lg jam 8 uda nunggu ampe engap dan mala disuru dateng lg jam 12. Bnr2 cape, udahmah disuru nunggu diluar wkwk?
