★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cs nya kurang ramah, satpam ga informatif, sudah nunggu 1 jam lebih, ketika sudah masuk dan mau proses restart akun mbanking agar bisa log in lagi ditolak karna gabawa buku tabungan, sementara rekan saya dengan kasus yg sama ngurus di teller bank BNI yang lain bisa bisa saja tanpa buku tabungan. Mohon dievaluasi untuk kedepannya mungkin dr satpam bisa menginfokan kepada nasabah yg mau datang jika ada berkas yg kurang bisa disiapkan dulu, supaya tidak sia sia sudah menunggu berjam jam tp ketika sudah di CS malah ditolak
The cs are not friendly, the security guard is not informative, I have waited for more than 1 hour, when I have entered and want to restart the banking account so I can log in again it is rejected because I don't have a savings book, while my colleague with the same case took care of the other BNI bank tellers. maybe without a savings book. Please be evaluated in the future, maybe the security guard can inform customers who want to come if there are files that cannot be prepared first, so that they are not in vain, they have waited for hours but when they were in CS they were rejected
