★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini pertama kalinya saya mencoba ingin menjadi nasabah bank BNI, tapi saya juga cukup kecewa dgn pelayanan customer servisnya, karena customer servisnya tidak ramah sama sekali dengan nasabah, saya cukup kecewa dgn hal ini. Saran agar lebih ramah lagi kepada nasabah terima kasih bank BNI.
 This is my first time trying to become a customer of BNI bank, but I am also quite disappointed with the service of its customer service, because the customer service is not friendly at all with customers, I am quite disappointed with this. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebagai pengguna ATM BNI ini , kita semua perlu waspada dengan modus penipuan seperti ini ya.
Jika menemukan sticker janggal dengan nomor panjang yang disebut sebagai call center, jangan langsung dipercaya.
Pihak bank juga mengingatkan kepada para customer-nya untuk tidak memberikan nomor rekening atau nomor apapun ke pihak tidak bertanggung jawab, kecuali untuk keperluan bank langsung.
