★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jujur saya sering ke bank di beberapa cabang / kota. Hanya bang BCA cabang ini yg menurut sy sangat buruk cara pelayanan customer service. Padahal untuk security udah ok rama. Ntah memang orangnya songong atau senior banget atau knp, yg sy lihat customer service sangat burung dalam penyampaian berbicara, sangat tidak ramah (bisa di bilang songong)
Hari ini jum'at 06 november 2020 sy nasabah yg datang terakhir, karna setelah sy masuk, jam oprasional bank di tutup. Sy datang bersama suami dan anak sy yg masih kecil kurang dari 1th usianya. Karna anak kecil tdk boleh masuk, jadi suami sy dan anak sy tunggu d luar.
Honestly, I often go to the bank in several branches / cities. Only this BCA branch, according to me, is very bad in customer service. Even though for security it's ok, brother. I know the person is really songong or very senior or why, who I see customer service is very bird in the delivery of speech, very unfriendly (you can say songong)
Today is Friday, November 6, 2020, the customer who came last, because after I entered, the bank's operational hours were closed. I came with my husband and my child who was less than 1 year old. Because small children cannot enter, so my husband and child are waiting outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selama masa pandemi dirasa pelayanan yang diberikan pihak BCA kurang baik dan setiap harinya selalu dipenuhi antrian nasabah untuk berbagai macam keperluan. Tolong masalah seperti ini harusnya bisa diatasi jangan hanya mengejar profit semata
