Jam 08.10 Dikasih nomor antrian no 28 diperkirakan siang. Tp tidak ada jaminan bisa dilayani. Walau kita mau menunggu SMP siang. Alasan cs cm 1. Malah diarahkan ke bank lain. Dan cs nya
Saran : batasi no antrian drpada dikasih no antrian tp tdk pasti bisa dilayani.

At 08.10 I was given a queue number no. 28, it was estimated that it was noon. But there is no guarantee that it can be served. Even though we want to wait for middle school in the afternoon. The reason for cs cm 1. Instead, it was directed to another bank. And the cs
Suggestion: limit the queue number rather than being given a queue number but it is not certain that it can be served.
