★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat luas, nyaman, bersih, tempat duduk banyak dan tidak sumpek. Begitu datang disambut dengan ramah, mulai dari pintu masuk parkiran, pintu masuk ke dalam gedung, dan langsung diarahkan sesuai kebutuhan jadi nasabah nggak bingung harus ke mana. Saya diarahkan ke tempat pengambilan nomer antrian dan dibantu mengisi formulir yang dibutuhkan dan langsung diberitahukan apa saja yang perlu dibawa. Saat saya dilayani, saya lihat posisi pengambilan nomer antrian ada petugas lain yang menggantikan, jadi nasabah berikutnya tidak perlu menunggu petugas yg sedang melayani selesai.
Menunggu hanya sebentar, petugas costumer service, Mbak Yesy, segera bangkit dari duduk dan menyambut dengan memanggil nama, bukan dengan nomer antrian. Karena saya membawa anak kecil, beliau juga membantu menarik kursi untuk anak saya. Begitu duduk sambil bekerja kami diberikan 2 aqua gelas dan permen untuk anak. Petugas fokus dan tidak saling mengobrol. Saat ada petugas lain yang menginterupsi, mereka minta izin dulu kepada saya. Saat pulang pun semua petugas mengucapkan salam dan menegur.
BCA benar2 berusaha memberikan pelayanan layaknya seolah semua nasabah adalah nasabah prioritas.
The place is spacious, comfortable, clean, lots of seating and not stuffy. As soon as it arrives, it is greeted with friendliness, starting from the entrance of the parking lot, the entrance to the building, and immediately directed according to the needs, so the customers are not confused about where to go. I was directed to the place where the queue number was taken and helped fill out the required forms and was immediately told what needed to be taken. When I was served, I saw the position of taking the queue number there was another officer who replaced, so the next customer did not need to wait for the officer who was serving to finish.
Waiting only for a moment, the customer service officer, Mbak Yesy, immediately got up from sitting and welcomed by calling names, not with the queue number. Because I brought a small child, he also helped pull out a chair for my child. Once sitting while working we were given 2 aqua glasses and candy for the child. Officers focus and don't chat with each other. When another officer interrupted, they asked me first for permission. When I went home, all the officers greeted me and chided me.
BCA really tries to provide services like all customers are priority customers.
