 Yesterday I finished my nails at Atasya Beauty Cinere, the staff is friendly, the place is nice, clean and tidy and here there is a free soft drink. The therapists are also really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff ok, ramah. Tapi sepertinya produk yang digunakan untuk saya keratin & smoothing kurang bagus dan ga cocok di saya. Jadinya ujung rambut ga halus dan sesuai ekspekrasi yang katanya halus. Bayar 2 juta sia2 hasil ga memuaskan. Tarif kemahalan untuk hasil kayak gitu. Next time harus tanya2 dulu deh
Staff ok, friendly. But it seems that the product used for me, Keratin & Smoothing, is not good and doesn't suit me. So the ends of the hair are not smooth and according to expectations which are said to be smooth. Pay 2 million in vain the results are not satisfactory. Expensive rates for results like that. Next time you have to ask first

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali kesini mau remove kutek gel dan pasang kutek gel lagi tapi ga jadi krn mau minta di gunting kuku cuma ga bisa katanya kalo mau potong kuku harus menicure pdhl cuma minta dipotong kuku krn kuku nya udh terlalu panjang sampai saya bilang gpp saya bayar jasa potong kukunya tetep ga bs. Sementara kalo di banyak nail art yg saya datangi kita bisa minta potong kuku aja tanpa harus menicure. Mungkin SOP nya bisa dirubah agar cust lebih nyaman. Terima kasih
The first time I came here I wanted to remove gel polish and put on gel nail polish again but it didn't work because I wanted to ask for a nail clipper, I just couldn't say if I wanted to cut my nails I had to give a manicure, I just asked to cut my nails because my nails were too long until I said I can't pay for cutting services the nails are still not working. Meanwhile, in a lot of nail art that I go to, we can just ask for a nail cut without having to give a manicure. Maybe the SOP can be changed to make customers more comfortable. Thank You

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali ke sini dan sangat puas! Sebelum datang bisa appointment dulu lewat WA, dan konfirmasi kehadiran. Tempatnya mudah ditemukan, dan biarpun agak kecil tapi tetap nyaman. Layanan yang disediakan lengkap, untuk rambut, kuku, sampai eyelash pun bisa. Hair treatment untuk cowok juga bisa.

First time here and very satisfied! Before coming, you can make an appointment first via WA, and confirm attendance. The place is easy to find, and even though it's a bit small it's still comfortable. The services provided are complete, for hair, nails, to eyelash. Hair treatment for men can also be done.
