★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was good, and you can find many place to plug your charger. You can get free drink, and the service was good. Because i went there at 3 pm and closed at 4 pm and i told that i can’t go back here because i need go back at my home. They said “yes i will try” and they finished at 4.15 pm

Swift response. I leave back my smartphone for reparation and pick it up just 3 days after (I was just about to be ready to wait for another week).
The staffs are friendly and professional, even sometimes willing to go beyond their job desc. When I was picking up my phone, I saw a vocational student asking for internship (?) vacancy without prior reservation. Nevertheless the idle teller dealt and informed him about currently opening intern position.
The staff there should get a raise. Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not many people. It's good times to seat inside the building during pandemic. Good service. They explained option if I can fix my notebook or not. Pity I cannot fix it because the machine inside has broken already.

As you see there is marking on the chairs to keep the visitors have some distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to service your asus product in Jakarta. I brought my ROG series laptop with broken LED screen and somehow not functioning HDMI port here. I was informed its going to take a 3-5 days to be examined and informed whether its going to be covered by warranty or not. Turns out, after a week when I check the status on the web, its ready to be picked up and they replaced the screen and motherboard with no cost. Hope they do contact me tho, but nevertheless, this place still offer the best services to service your asus product compared with other service centre in Jakarta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i shared this place to my friend and she says that the service center are pretty good. the service are excellent and pretty quick, she didn't have to wait for several days or week. she came by 10am and the laptop already solved by 2pm, pretty fast for place like official service center.
btw, my friend's laptop problem is the fan is sometimes not working, and when its work, the fan are making some noise like "drrtttt drrttt drttt"
she didn't have to pay any rupiah for the service tho
