★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good service when we arrive to repair our laptop within guarantee period ... nevertheless we have to wait for 5 working days to know what the problem is happened with this stuff ... hopefully not a big repair will be happened ... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service center for asus product in Bekasi. It is authorized by Asus company. You can buy laptop spare part in here but you have to bring your laptop as it needs verification from it. Be patient, since it takes a long time to inform your laptop status or to buy spare part. It took me 5 days only to buy an adapter. But it is worthy if you don't want to get tricked by fake product as asus only sell spare part to the verified buyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty gave me a hand. I needed a new charger and they gave me some like like order receipt ans 2 days later Wala! My charger has dropped and they called me to pick it up. Great service, mba nya sabar bgt hehe :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is near Kalimalang river, Bekasi. Its easy to find because you can see the ASUS sign from far. The service takes around week or so, they literally cover all ASUS product, phone, laptop, screen, etc. I was service my battery here, and all their parts was original. They're open Mon-Fri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place to issue an RMA regarding about display and software problems on my gaming notebook, since the warranty still in effect. The staff is really informative and understandable, as long as you can explain the problems and show some documents (in my case, it's serial number and ID card). Will come to this place again after approx. 5 days after my last visit.
Update: revisited this place several weeks ago, and everything went quite smoothly. My LCD panel got replaced by a new one, and the costs were covered by ASUS. For the experience, it's still the same: the staff were nice, informative and whatnot. Might be visiting this place again to upgrade my laptop's system specs.
