Di janjikan klaim akan cair dr pusat setahun dari mei 2018.. Pas jatuh tempo cair 8 April 2019 peraturan Bumi putera berubah lagi di suruh hubungi cabang masing2 padahal cabang cilegon sudah tutup dan saya sudah 6tahun bermukim di jakarta. SUDAH bolak balik urusan ini gak selesai2.. klaim tetap belum cair.

Pelayanan pengurusan Penebusan polis tidak baik, dokumen saya sudah diajukan dari 21 Feb2018. Diinformasikan Oleh kantor cabang by tlp akan cair July, July belum cair saya tlp halo Bumiputra di perkirakan Agustus. Saya tlp kantor pusat dgn susah payah akhirnya di angkat dan diinformasikan di bayar 14-15 Sep 2018 oleh karyawan bernama ANTO bagian komunikasi. Dan hari ini tgl 17 Sept saya datang dan ketika saya datang kesana di beri janji lagi akan cair 28 Sep 2018. Saya complain karena hanya diberi janji lagi, tp si ANTO itu bukannya minta maaf justru sikapnya tidak sopan. Ini Uang sendiri loh, tutup polis hak kita. Bayar Telat aja kena denda lah ini uang hampir 7 bulan belum cair malah ditanganin dengan TIDAK SOPAN DAN MARAH-MARAH.

My head office with great difficulty was finally picked up and informed that I was paid 14-15 Sep 2018 by an employee named ANTO in the communications department. And today on 17 Sept I came and when I came there I was promised that it would be disbursed 28 Sep 2018. I complained because I was only given another promise, but the ANTO was not apologizing but his attitude was impolite. This is your own money, close our rights policy. Paying late, you get a fine, this money for almost 7 months has not been disbursed, instead it is handled with disrespect and anger.

Banyak nasabah yg terombang ambing nasibnya,gk jelas pencairan dana yg seharusnya jdi hak nasabah yg udah bertahun2 bayar premi,bumiputera sudah semakin tidak bisa di percaya masih aja menjerat nasabah yang baru,semoga ke depannya lebih berhati hati dalam mengambil kebijakan,karena nasabah mencari uang dan menyimpannya untuk masa depan,ini malah jadi bermasalah,tolong ya profesional sbg Asuransi milik negara !!!! hati hati ya buat yg mau jdi nasabah asuransi di fikir2 lagi klo mau nabung ??????

Be careful, for those who want to become insurance customers, think about it again if you want to save ??????

Lembaga asuransi ini sempat kena audit BPK karena satu dan lain hal. Beritanya lumayan ramai di kalangan pengguna asuransi Bumiputera, tetapi tidak ramai dibicarakan masyarakat puas. Mungkin isu tersebut sedang kalah saing dengan ramainya perbincangan masyarakat di isu yang lain.

Gagal bayar klaim sampai bertahun tahun ? nasabah sudah menaruh harapan yg besar agar anak" mereka bs trus sekolah (asuransi pendidikan) nyatanya putus sekolah karena bumiputera tidak sanggup membayar klaim habis kontrak. Kepercayaan masyarakat akan Bumiputera sudah dibawah '0' & nasabah jadi korban !
FAILED CLAIM CLAIMS FOR MAY ? Customers have put great expectations so that children "they can enter the school (educational insurance) in fact drop out of school because Bumiputera is unable to pay a claimful claim. The trust of the community will be Bumiputera already under '0' & customers become victims!
