Untuk kamar, kebersihan juga sangat diperhatikan, dengan respon yang baik dan cepat tanggap dengan request, seperti pengalaman saya yang sangat baik terhadap salah satu OB yaitu Mas Rizki Maulana (HK), yang memberikan perhatian penuh pada tugasnya, dengan kepuasan pelanggan selalu diutamakan. Bangunan Hotel Aston Sentul mempunyai desain yang unik, yang berciri khas Aston hotels. Keren.
