★ ★ ★ ★ ★ adik saya pernah ngekost disini, meski banyak yg bilang peraturan ketat tapi nyatanya tidak aman, pernah laptop hilang eh ternyata diambil sama seseorang di "kosan" katanya cuman pinjam (artinya kunci tidak aman), penjaga kurang baik etikanya dengan keluarga (tidak njawani)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost tidak nyaman. Atap bocor, tembok mrembes dan mengelupas. Sudah blg ibu kostnya tp tidak segera dibenahi. WiFi gk merata bahkan LAN di kamar jg copot tp tdk kunjung diperbaiki. Tembok mepet TPA (Tempat Pembuangan Akhir alias sampah) jd bau dan lembab klo hujan. Kamar relatif sempit. Gk nyaman. Pemilik kost tdk pernah cek ricek kost. Yg ada hanya penjaga & jg ponakan ibu kost.
Penjaganya gk ramah klo seperlunya saja. Selebihnya suka ngomel2 gk jelas (Mbak Yanti). Pernah waktu bersihin dapur sambil ngomel2 pas ada saya di sekitar dapur. Waktu itu saya tdk dlm keadaan pakai dapur. Saya pakai pun jg selalu membersihkan. Sedangkan yg suka ngotorin gk pernah ditegur krn anak lama. Bahkan sering bawa temen buat nimbrung masak bareng. Harusnya org luar jg IURAN karena sdh pakek fasilitas KOST!! Selain itu ada ponakannya yg TOO MUCH BOSSY! Pdhl di situ NUMPANG, bkn pemilik jg. Tp semua dikuasai sama dia. Kamar ada 2. Depan & Belakang. Kulkas umum pun dikuasai. Klo sedang tdk ada space utk naruh, SELALU KOAR KOAR ke anak2 kost utk MENGELUARKAN BARANGNYA BIAR DIA DPT SPACE!!!
SO MUCH BAD!!! INTINYA BANYAK MINUS NYA!!!! Sayang bgt kost strategis tp krna faktor internal itu sendiri jd tdk nyaman bagi penghuninya!
Boarding is not comfortable. The roof is leaking, the walls are seeping and peeling off. Already, the boarding house mother but not immediately fixed. WiFi is not evenly distributed, even the LAN in the room is also dislodged but it hasn't been repaired. The walls are close to the TPA (Final Disposal Site) so it smells and gets damp when it rains. Rooms are relatively cramped. Not comfortable. The boarding house owner never checks the rent. There are only caretakers & the boarding mother's niece.
The guards are not friendly if necessary. The rest likes to complain, not clearly (Mbak Yanti). Once upon a time I cleaned the kitchen while grumbling when I was around the kitchen. At that time I was not in a state of using the kitchen. I also use it always cleaning. Meanwhile, those who like to dirty are never reprimanded because they are old children. In fact, often bring friends to join in cooking together. Outsiders should also have CHARGES because I have used the boarding house facilities !! Besides that, there is his niece who is TOO MUCH BOSSY! Even there NUMPANG, not the owner too. But all controlled by him. There are 2 rooms. Front & back. The general refrigerator was also controlled. If you don't have space to put it, ALWAYS KOAR KOAR to boarding children to REMOVE ITEMS LET HE SPACE DPT !!!
SO MUCH BAD !!! THE BOTTOM LINE IS A LOT OF MINUSES !!!! Too bad a strategic boarding house but because the internal factor itself is uncomfortable for the occupants!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini kos paling lama yang aku tempati selama hampir 4 tahun kuliah di Jogja. Alasannya karna nyaman. Kasur springbed, ada lemari besar, plus meja. Kamar mandi dalam. Buatku yang suka me time di kos dibanding nongkrong, kos ini mencukupi kebutuhanku. Fasilitas kos selain yg udah aku sebutin diatas, untuk yang bersama ada tv, kulkas, dapur, tempat jemur pakaian di lantai paling atas, plus wifi. Tapi, ada jam malamnya. Jam 22.00 gerbang udah dikunci. Jadi mungkin agak menghambat buat yang suka rapat atau nugas sampe malem diluar. Karna aku lebih sering di kos, nggak terlalu mengganggu sih adanya jam malam. Kalo kekunci bisa minta tolong temen kos buat bukain dari dalam kok. Nilai plus lainnya, dekat dengan banyak penjual makanan dan penyedia kebutuhan kita, misal counter pulsa, fotokopian, jual bunga, apa aja dah.

This is the longest boarding house I lived in for almost 4 years studying in Jogja. The reason is because it's comfortable. Springbed mattress, there is a large wardrobe, plus a desk. En suite bathroom. For me who likes to spend time in my boarding house instead of hanging out, this boarding house is sufficient for me. Boarding facilities in addition to the ones I have mentioned above, for those with TV, refrigerator, kitchen, clothes drying area on the top floor, plus wifi. But, there is a curfew. At 22.00 the gate is locked. So it might be a bit hindering for those who like meetings or straightforward night outside. Because I'm more often boarding, it's not too annoying anyway there is a curfew. If it is locked, can I ask a friend, boarding house, to open it from the inside. Another plus value, close to many food vendors and providers of our needs, for example pulse counters, photocopies, selling flowers, whatever.
Overall comfortable :)
