★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought I had had the best Mie Keriting Medan before I found this place. Boy was I wrong.
The noodle was al-dente, with char siu and braised pork pieces generously added for topping. Two dumplings completed the standard bowl. You might add pork cracklings on request.
Really nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The taste is good. Love their wonton soup so much. But if you are a chili lover, you might want to equip yourself with some of your fave chili because they dont provide the red cchili as noodle shop usually provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This noodle shop has been in business easily for forty years, passing from the grandfather to daughter and now perhaps the grand daughter.
It is considered by many who grown up eating this noodle, as one of the better noodle shops in northern Jakarta area.
Personally, I am also used to the taste and visited this shop often in the past.
However, the service has always been horrible. The owner doesn’t seem to care about the service. They will have enough patrons day-in and day-out. I am taking two stars off due to the unfriendly service.
During COVID period the delivery service becomes increasingly popular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Special noodle from north Sumatra area,they call it ‘curly’ noodle or mie keriting. The noodle is rich with chicken and sliced pork, portion is big at least for my size. The soup is light and has good after taste. To complete your experience, you can order pork dumpling which is served with the dry soup

One of those noodle with lots of umami. The noodle is fresh, slightly chewy (the way I like it) and taste very good.
Serves Siantar's soda "Badak" and other standard drinks such as ice tea and soft drinks.
Condiments are homemade sambal, chilli pickles and Siantar chilli sauce.
Bak yu pok (fried pork skin) compliments the overall experience - so good.
Service is fast. Fairly friendly.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite noodle shops in Jakarta. The serving size of the noodle (especially for jumbo size) and the amount of the toppings were quite generous. Keep in mind that the toppings contain pork (which is why they were delicious). I highly recommend this place to give a try.
